Through music-focused projects and events we seek to share the unconditional love of God, connect people through music, care for the forgotten and celebrate the gift of life.
Connecting People Through Music.
Joshua was not only a talented musician, he was also an incredibly loving, gregarious young man who had a natural ability to draw people together and bring out the best in them. There was nothing Joshua loved more than sharing the joy of music with others whether in an orphanage halfway around the world, sitting around a campfire with new friends in his own back yard or up on stage performing with his band. The Foundation works to create as many opportunities as possible for people to experience the joy of music shared together.
Caring for the Forgotten.
Some of the most formative experiences is Joshua’s life were the many times he volunteered at orphanages around the world including Haiti, Kenya and Southern Africa. Witnessing the poverty and desperation faced by disadvantaged children in these countries and the personal connection he made with the kids during his visits resulted in a deep, personal commitment in Joshua’s heart to do everything he could in order to help make their loved better. The Foundation continues to carry that commitment forward on Joshua’s behalf.
Celebrating the Gift of Life.
The driving force that motivated Joshua was his heart for God. As a person of deep faith, Joshua understood that a relationship with God is not about acting religious or being focused on rules and regulations, but rather being filled with love and welcoming others with open arms. The foundation is committed to helping to spread the very good news that God loves each one of us and has a beautiful plan for each of our lives.
