Do you know about Joshua's Way? If not, buckle up this thread is your roadmap to an inspiring story of loss, friendship, and divine full-circle moments that'll warm your heart and spark your spirit. Hear straight from Joshua's dad (Matt Glynn), his best friend Scott Spencer, and Pastor Caleb of New Hope Chapel of Plymouth as they share how a simple street became a symbol of selfless love, music, and service. Let's dive in... " When Josh passed away in 2018, Karen and I were devastated. Many of our friends rallied around us to offer comfort and support. One good friend of ours was Scott Spencer. He was a fellow businessman and developer who had originally welcomed us to Plymouth over 30 years ago. He has since become a trusted friend. He has two boys of his own, and the death of his good friend's son was impactful. He decided to honor our son by naming a road in the development he was building in Joshua's honor. He went to the town and got permission (no small feat) and rechristened Yellow Maple Lane into Joshua's Way. He surprised us with a sign and had a matching sign installed at the head of the road. Needless to say, Karen and I were deeply touched and grateful to Scott. Years later, our church New Hope Chapel of Plymouth purchased the entire development and built a 25,000-square-foot new church the largest in Plymouth and one of the largest in New England." Here's what Scott and Pastor Caleb from New Hope Chapel of Plymouth shared about this beautiful full-circle moment. (Their words below keep reading the thread) 👇 ... See MoreSee Less

In the heart of Kibera, Nairobi's largest slum, Joshua Glynn stepped into a world of raw resilience walking muddy paths that twist through shanties of tin and hope, alongside his group colleagues. Here, amid challenges that test the spirit, he discovered unbreakable joy: orphaned kids whose smiles outshone the hardships, eager for the songs he shared. Joshua's Kenya missions were beacons of inspiration using music to spark dreams, build connections, and remind everyone that light always finds a way.
